Group counseling is a wonderful way to expand your healing beyond the traditional confines of talk therapy with an individual therapist. Group counseling can be intimidating, and aren’t you here to push yourself outside your comfort zone and try something new? I offer three group counseling options, which rotate throughout the year. See below for more details on upcoming dates!

Some of the benefits of group counseling include:

  • Community and support

  • Opportunities to receive validation, empathy, and understanding from others

  • Different perspectives

  • Healing old relational patterns

  • Opportunities to learn and practice new social and relational skills

The purpose of this group is to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself by slowing down and bringing awareness to your emotional state through mindfulness and somatic practices. This group will integrate aspects of IFS or "parts work", specifically connecting with more Self energy. This group will be a combination of self-reflection, group processing, and experiential exercises.
