Workshops

As someone who values ongoing learning, healing, and growth, I host a number of workshops for professionals and for the community. Professionals interested in learning how to deepen their relational practices with clients, gain self-awareness about their identity as a professional healer, and learn how to integrate elements of Gestalt, Relational Cultural Theory, and Internal Family Systems with ecotherapy will find these workshops beneficial. Clients interested in more intensive healing sessions will find these workshops helpful as well. Please check back frequently as new workshops are added frequently!

Finding Balance Within: Celebrate the Fall Equinox

Saturday, September 21st 9:00am-3:30pm O’Fallon Park, CO Cost: $50

We invite you to celebrate the Fall Equinox with us. Take time to slow down, reflect, and turn inward as we find balance and set intentions for the upcoming season. The day will include elements of ecotherapy, meditation, self-reflection, yoga, group discussion, & tarot reading.

Deepening the Therapeutic Relationship: 1 Day Workshop for professionals

TBD, 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break Golden, CO Cost: $250

This workshop will discuss Relational Cultural Theory, Internal Family Systems and how to integrate these theories into your work and identity as a professional healer. Professionals will be guided on how to create meaningful relationships with clients in which clients feel safely challenged and encouraged to expand beyond their current way of being. Professionals will learn how to advance their skills of transparency, self-disclosure, immediacy, and confrontation, and rupture and repair. Additionally, professionals will learn how to explore parallel processes occurring in therapy.
