“Keep our Earth in your Soul and your sole to the ground”

Daydream Farmer by Twiddle

Healing is all about awareness, and it’s my belief that through therapy we can awaken to what is already there: our most authentic Self— as weird, wild, nerdy, and unconventional as you may be. Connection is the foundation of Wild Awakening, and through therapy you can create a better relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you. Therapy can support our growth by bringing awareness to all parts of ourselves — even the ones we’re most afraid or ashamed of. In addition to therapy, I believe in the power of our relationship with the natural world and Earth’s ability to heal and teach us. Awakening can help us heal these parts, deepen our relationship with our world, and feel more curiosity, courage, and compassion toward ourselves and others. In doing so, we can become authentically ourselves and connect to our own inner wisdom. I welcome you to reach out to start counseling or check out my workshops and retreats, and let’s be weird together.

About Wild Awakening

Wild Awakening’s Values

My values are a reflection of the philosophies, teachers and mentors, and communities I've experienced over the years. Connection is central to all my values, and it's my hope that our relationship and your healing work with me can be a catalyst for experiencing and embodying the values of curiosity, courage, authenticity, compassion, inner wisdom, and systemic change.

Specialties

In my clinical work, I specialize in working with individuals over 18 struggling with substance use, suicidal thoughts, developmental and/or relational trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I enjoy supporting LBGTQ+ folx with gender identity and sexuality exploration. I use Ecotherapy, relational, and humanistic approaches to therapy. I use these same approaches when I’m teaching or supervising. My education is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education and Supervision, and I’m passionate about supervising pre-licensed individuals and hosting workshops to support healers in their continuing education.
